From the very first late night phone call following a pipe burst in our home to the very last day 3 weeks later, Caleb, Josh and Kaylee took exceptional care of us and our home. The Dry Guy Team meets you at an unexpected stressful, chaotic time in your life and they are professional, knowledgeable, conscientious and empathetic to your situation. They meticulously work each day to monitor and detail progress in your home while working closely with insurance to ensure accurate reporting and most importantly to get you on your way to full restoration.

We recently had to hire The Dry Guys and while no one ever wants to have to hire a restoration company, they went out of their way to make it a positive experience. On top of that, my insurance companies presented some issues but Caleb the owner went out of his way to ensure I was minimally affected and even paid for some of the monetary loss. I highly recommend the Dry Guys should you unfortunately require a restoration company.

I highly recommend Dry Guy Restoration, from beginning to end Caleb and Kaylee were very responsive, professional and efficient. Caleb encouraged me to text him or call him with any questions, it didn’t matter if it was the weekend or after hours. He was always there to help me out. He worked seamlessly with my insurance adjuster, which made my life so much easier. Kaylee was hands on every day. She arrived on time, was thorough and efficient. Very nice group of people, friendly, professional and went the extra mile to put our minds at ease and handle the insurance side of things. They really took a lot of the stress out of dealing with a flooding issue in our home. They were very accommodating to our schedule as well. They were very thorough with checking all areas for moisture and remedying them. Would definitely recommend, they even checked on us after their part was done.

We called Caleb (the Dry Guy) in an emergency situation when the office we rent for counseling space flooded. We were desperate! He came right over and assessed the situation, told us what needed to be done, and got straight to work. He was so kind and supportive of our situation and gave us a great price!

I had a leak in the wall that was repaired by Jim England Plumbing. They recommended Caleb, The Dry Guy, to me. I called him immediately and he came out within a couple hours. After assessing the situation, he provided me a reasonable quote and setup fans and a dehumidifier. He came back the next day to get started on the removal of the damaged Sheetrock, insulation and wood flooring. Unfortunately, he found some mold, but it was relatively small and he was able to contain the area quickly and treat. Caleb was very communicative during the whole process so I knew exactly what to expect. Caleb certainly made my bad day better and I would highly recommend him for any water damage restoration needs.

I couldn’t believe how quickly the Dry Guy was able to respond. Knowledgeable, polite, honest. The reason I know the honesty part is that he checked my leak damage, determined that there was no active moisture and so there was no work/$$ for him — but peace of mind for me.
